Delivery Packaging

At Happy Feet we are committed to providing a greener future. Your shoes will be delivered in the 100% recycled plastic or compostable bags.

Domestic Rates

Flat standard shipping rates within New Zealand:

Standard Delivery $7.00

Rural Standard Delivery $12.00

International Rates

Flat standard shipping rates within Australia:

Standard Delivery $9.99

Rural Standard Delivery $13.00

We aim to dispatch your shoes within 1-2 business days, with delivery within 3-5 business days (Domestic). 

Tracking information on all orders will be sent automatically once dispatched. Sometimes the notifications go to spam, please also check there.

Returns

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but in the unlikely event it does not meet your expectation we will gladly issue a replacement or exchange within 14 days, providing it meets our return conditions. Simply get in touch at happyfeetshoes.nz@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of item to the original payment method on purchase. Original Shipping costs will be deducted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it in, item is unwashed, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted. 

Exchanges
If you simply want to exchange an item please get in touch at happyfeetshoes.nz@gmail.com and we will gladly assist. 

Things to note
If you wish to return or exchange an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless of course it is our error with the order. Please take care when placing an order as it cannot be cancelled, the returns process will have to be followed.
